Judging for The First British Charcuterie Awards is on the first day of BBC Countryfile Live only.
The judging area will be cordoned off and not open to the public - but come along. It’ll be fun to watch judges Angela Hartnett, Prue Leith, Xanthe Clay and many more taste and deliberate over the hundreds of entries submitted by the rising stars of the British Charcuterie World
