The British Charcuterie Awards - Thursday August 2nd Only

The judging of the first ever British Charcuterie Awards takes place within the Tent on the first day of BBC Countryfile Live. 
The judging area will be cordoned off and not open to the public - but come along. It’ll be fun to watch judges (link to judges) Prue Leith, Angela Hartnett, Adam Handling, Ben Tish, Xanthe Clay and many more…taste, deliberate and cogitate over the hundreds of entries (link to classes) submitted by the rising stars of the British Charcuterie World
