The Cotswold Curer, an artisan producer based, as you might expect, in the Cotswolds makes a range of Salami and Chorizo using locally-sourced, RSPCA Approved free range pork. Run by Peter Crumby whose annual childhood holidays to France was the original inspiration for his business, specialities include two distinctive Salamis - Black Truffle and Wild Boar - and they also produce Pancetta, Wagyu Bresaola…. and much more.
