Curtis of Lincoln first began trading as as a Pork Butcher in 1800 and have since developed into a high street favourite with 23 shops across Lincolnshire and beyond. Proud of their heritage and provenance, they also sell their regional specialities online. Charcuterie products include Farmhouse Style Dry Cured Short Back Bacon, Haslet and Stuffed Lincolnshire Chine - a regional speciality of pork shoulder split and stuffed with a filling. Its ingredients, whether parsley, lettuce leaves, young nettles, thyme, marjoram, sage or even blackcurrant leaves, are a closely guarded secret and will vary from producer to producer.
