Woodall's British Charcuterie
The Woodall Family have been producing Hams, Bacon and Sausages for eight generations in Cumbria. Woodalls British Charcuterie, based in Manchester, was set up by nephew Colin and benefits from the family’s recipes and the curing and smoking skills mastered since 1828. They buy in British outdoor-bred, high welfare pigs for their range of Air-Dried Ham, Salami, Bacon and Sausage. Cumbrian Ham, a prosciutto- style ham is matured for six and the Norfolk Mustard Salami scooped a Gold in the British Charcuterie Live 2018 Awards.
