The Baker's Pig, a traditional Welsh hill farm on the edge of the Brecon Beacons National Park, breed, rear and butcher their own herd of rare-breed, Berkshire pigs. Having moved production on-farm at the beginning of 2019, they now boast a fully traceable, farm-to-fork, on-site production system with zero food miles. Their range of Salami includes Pork & Venison and Pink Gin flavoured with Botanicals, Juniper Berries & Pink Peppercorns that won Silver at The British Charcuterie Live Awards 2018
