Based on the family farm near Worcester, SALSA accredited Severn Spots was established in 2010 by Rich and Nicky Harper. Free-range pork is sourced from Packington Pork, an RSPCA accredited farm and production - from butchery through to packaging - takes place in their on-farm unit. Salami variations include Peppered with black pepper & garlic, Sopressata with chilli pepper, white wine & garlic and Tuscan with red wine, fennel, pepper & garlic and Chorizo. All products, available in 100g sliced, 250g whole and 1kg catering/counter packs
