Established in 2017, SALSA accredited Perinelli Salami is run by Giuseppe Perinelli and his wife Becky Owens, in South-East London. They source their free-range meat from British farms - mainly from Suffolk based Blythburgh Pork. Salami, Guanciale, Coppa and Bresaola are all handmade, fermented and hung for up to 6 months in Giuseppe's curing chamber.  Their spicy, spreadable Nduja, a Calabrian speciality, gained a Silver in the 2018 British Charcuterie Live Awards
