About.png

Ke Nako means “it’s time” in Tswana, one of South Africa’s many languages and Ilse Van Staden a chef and former rugby player from Pretoria thought it time to set up business in Northern Ireland with Alanagh Chipperfield. Using organically reared beef from Culmore Farm in Co Atrim, they produce a range of spiced & garlic Biltong, Droëwors, a dry sausage made with ground beef and spices and Droëwors bites.
