One of the earliest to start making Charcuterie professionally, Deli Farm Charcuterie have been producing air-dried Charcuterie in Cornwall since 2006. Their main ethos is to be as fresh, local and natural as they can reliably and safely.

Their meat is sourced from local producers, using prime cuts and their range includes several flavours of Salami including fennel seed, star anise & port or oak-smoked paprika, Coppa, Bresaola, Duck Prosciutto, Wild Venison, Smoked Lamb Prosciutto and Pancetta
