Celebrate the Best of British Charcuterie
The British Charcuterie Awards 2019 are judged by a panel of Charcuterie Experts to ensure fair and scrupulous results. Judging accordingly is carried out blind. British Charcuterie Live strives to maintain the highest standards of integrity for its Awards – neither the founder nor any of the employees of British Charcuterie Live are allowed to judge. This is in order to ensure a clear separation between executive and judges and to guarantee complete transparency and freedom from any potential commercial interests..
Only professional Charcuterie Makers are eligible for entry and as with all other professionally run current competitions, entry fees are charged per product in order to contribute towards the expenses of running such Awards.
